We’ve cut back on our client communications over the past few weeks to make sure other, more important voices were being heard. So much change is happening so quickly – from CoVid19, to weather patterns, racial inequalities, our economy and to technology.

Although we can’t help but struggle with the fear and uncertainty of our future, we started thinking about what we’d like to see in the second half of 2020 and the coming decade. How can we use these challenges as opportunities to stop repeating past mistakes, take responsibility, and create brighter outcomes?

Remembering that we’re all in a position to help and support each other, we realized how important and fundamental Relationships are to all of us. When we each grow in relationship to ourselves, we discover and develop our relationship with our family, our friends, our community, and our planet. Together, we can build the kinds of relationships that heal wounds, bridge differences, solve problems, and uplift each other. This connection between personal and global well-being is fundamental to everything we do at Lotus7.

Our beautiful yoga studio provides a living classroom to help people grow, give more, love better, and live more authentically. The natural beauty that surrounds us, the extraordinary teachers and the ways in which they care about our clients, all make the environment in which teaching happens, as important as the teaching itself. Transformative personal experiences unfold and relationships are nurtured.

We hope you’ll join us for one of our special events this summer as we explore what a new and better tomorrow could look like, in your life and the world around us. Please keep us posted on how you are doing. How we choose to respond to these challenges will determine how we move forward and the lessons we take away from it.
